Terms of Sale
Net 30 days with credit approval. We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, Discover cards or an approved credit application.
Freight & Shipping
F.O.B. 200 Harrison Avenue, Peru, Indiana 46970 USA. We only calculate the shipping cost to Canada, the taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Call for a RA (Return Authorization) number. Credit will not be granted without this number. All non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned are subject to inspection and review prior to a refund being issued.
Damaged Goods
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to file for transportation damage claims.
Limited Warranty
W.C. Redmon Co. Inc. warrants to the initial retail buyer that this product is free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use and service for one full year from the date of purchase. Its obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective parts of the product. It shall not be liable for any consequential damages. The initial retail buyer may return any defective part. Returns due to defective parts must receive authorization from the Redmon Company before the return is made. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, and the corporation neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product.
