Since your satisfaction is a priority to us, we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

After your order has been processed, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal - or - return for reasons other then damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 20% refusal penalty fee.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost.

Our carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for many reasons. If we receive your shipment back as "undeliverable" we cannot re-ship the item. You are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Items that are opened or returned more then 30 days after delivery are subject for review prior to receiving a refund. A partial refund may be given at that time.
